I have over sixteen years of experience and was a former public defender for Charleston County. I have successfully defended and had charges dropped in many different types of criminal cases, which include Murder, Armed Robbery, Burglary 1st, Criminal Sexual Conduct, Felony Drug Offenses and DUI. My practice is also involved in numerous Magistrate and Municipal Court cases. In these technological times it is important not to allow relatively minor criminal charges to negatively affect your future. I will even take care of having criminal charges expunged from a client’s record when the charges have been dismissed.
