He was friendly from the start and honest about the possible outcomes of my Public Intoxication charge. He was also very professional and seemed very knowledgeable about law and procedure and especially about the particular nuances of different courts in the Charleston area. In addition, his rates were very reasonably, and he even took extra effort in setting-up a payment schedule that worked for me. Having gone to law school myself, I can say that it's a rare thing to see a lawyer with such integrity, care and professionalism. I would absolutely recommend Joe Cadmus to anyone seeking representation in criminal matters, large or small.

Joe promised to help me to the best of his abilities, and the best of his abilities is awesome. Despite living out of town, Joe kept me abreast of the happenings throughout the legal battle. Every time something happened (and in some cases, didn't happen) Joe was prompt in informing me of the developments and advising my decisions, and in the end was able to plead down a potential felony DUI to a mere reckless driving. I could not recommend Joe Cadmus more highly!

When I needed the best help I could find to get out of a DUI case that I thought surely was a closed case against me, he was the one to turn to. He worked hard to plead my case and his voice was heard. I cannot thank him enough for helping me so much in this low-point of my life. I wouldn't be where I am now if it weren't for Joe.
